Early this morning, while I'm searching for my assignment inside the internet cafe, someone is tweeted my an hour ago. Ms. Pinky Webb (@iampinkywebb) tweeted me for encouragement to follow the official Twitter account. It's called Justice for Hubert Webb, made by one of her fans (Or maybe , her relatives). I just followed it earlier while tweeting her. She thanks me for showing the support and sympathy of her brother to achieve justice for her family.

+ Oy, December is about to come we might as well change the theme for this coming Christmas. I haven't thought how the banner will look like knowing we only have a very few high-quality images. So, no ideas yet.

For now what I have in mind was to arrange the color and the background image. Probably something colorful.

+ If we'll have a background sound like what we had before during Halloween is still something I have to think about because it causes my internet browser to hang. I don't know if it has the same effect to others, so I'm still thinking about it.

+ I am about to give away the video montages that I posted here. I am giving it away because I am cleaning my computer memory so instead of just deleting it, I might as well share it to everyone.

116: Pinky Webb on her mother's live interview (Via Twitter)

Have you watched Mrs. Beth Webb's interview on 24 Oras and TV Patrol yesterday? It seems like she is very emotional on her son's case. Ms. Pinky Webb also show her hard feelings when she already heard the news on her brother, Hubert Webb, about the motion wherein Hubert shall be free against the criminal case of Visconde Massacre because he was in the United States when the case happened.

As I tweeted her last night, I know I have a feeling of deepest sympathy on her mom and her family as well. And I'm wishing to her that Hubert's freedom shall be granted for a long years. Then, I check my TweetDeck and she replied :

Well, Thank you for answering my tweet. I hope and praying that you and your family is still loyal to our Lord and He will answer your prayers. Thanks also Ms. Pinky for appreciating my message as well. That's why I'm writing this blog for you to stay stronger and think positive more and more.

115: MORNING SHOW RATINGS (NOVEMBER 15-19): UNANG HIRIT, ONLY MORNING SHOW TO POST BIG GAINS

Their ratings may not be as big as it was three years ago but the GMA-7 morning Unang Hirit gained this week with an average of 2.6% from 2.46% a week prior. UH added around 2,000 viewers for the week.

Umagang Kay Ganda improved a bit from an average of 1.74% from 1.72% a week prior.

Sapul Singko had an average of 0.46% from 0.54% a week prior.

MANILA, Philippines - Elizabeth Webb, the mother of convicted rapist and murderer Hubert Webb, denied their family had anything to do with allegations of Lauro Vizconde that a Supreme Court justice is lobbying among peers for the acquittal of Hubert and others convicted of involvement in the Vizconde massare.

However, Mrs. Webb admitted that Supreme Court Justice Antonio Carpio was a "minor" witness for the defense during the trial of Hubert many years ago.

MANILA, Philippines – (UPDATE) Lauro Vizconde should name the Supreme Court Justice who was trying to convince his colleagues to reverse the life sentence ruling by a lower court against the convicted killer of his wife and two daughters.

The challenge came from the Supreme Court and former Senator Freddie Webb, father of Hubert Webb who has been in prison for the last 15 years after he and six others were found guilty of murdering Estrellita Vizconde and her daughters Carmela, 18, and Jennifer, 7, in June 1991.

110: Article: For Hubert Webb, family is maximum security

This would have been the last supper. Had the Supreme Court decided to acquit Hubert Webb on Nov. 23 instead of deferring deliberations until January, that is. But after several anxious, sleepless nights leading up to last Tuesday, not much will change for Hubert, who has already been incarcerated 15 years for a crime — if you examine all the evidence — he could not have possibly committed.

It is a Sunday, and like many normal families, the Webbs have always made it a point to eat together after Mass. Ever since Hubert was locked away the meals have been brought to him, and they have since broken bread together each week inside a wooden shed at the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa. Today, we feast on grilled fish, roast beef, lasagna, chicken tinola and ribs, the dishes laid out on a long table covered in Christmas cloth. I am a guest at this table, and it actually feels like Thanksgiving, with family members shuffling seats to make space for new arrivals, passing around and piling on the food, and catching up on each other’s lives.

I already posted before that I am in desperate need of an assistant in handling this blog. Unfortunately, it seems no one wants to be my assistant. Anyhow, since I am really desperate (and since I don't want this blog to die a sudden death) I made a public account. This public account can post an entry in our blog but for limited privilages only (meaning you can't delete the blog, change the settings, delete/edit an entry, etc.,).

I'm going to release the username and password tomorrow. *shakes head* shucks, I don't even know if this move is wise because anyone can make an entry and publish it so easily. What I am afriad of is that someone might take advantage and post things that are not related to Pinky. I mean trollers or spammers.

104: News: SC defers 'Vizconde' decision

MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday deferred ruling on the appeal of convicted murderer and rapist Hubert Webb but did not set a date for handing down its final judgment on the celebrated 1991 Vizconde massacre case.

In a press conference, Court Administrator and SC Spokesman Jose Midas Marquez said the scheduled voting on the most awaited decision in the 19-year-old case was canceled after the magistrates asked for more time to decide whether to grant or deny Webb’s appeal.

+ If you have encountered problem with ChatBox earlier, it's not because you are block but because there's a problem with ChatBox itself. I haven't block anyone (although I have given warnings). I would not block anyone unless someone goes beyond the line. So far, what we have are few annoying chatters but they can be handled. Maybe these people just need attention.

100: MNP Reports: MORNING SHOW RATINGS (NOVEMBER 8-12): UH STILL THE MOST WATCHED MORNING SHOW

Just like its evening counterpart 24 Oras, the GMA morning show Unang Hirit still ranked first in the ratings for the week of November 8-12 with an estimated number of around 27,000 viewers. This is despite the new Sapul Sa Singko who only ranked third with 0.54%. The ABS-CBN morning show Umagang Kay Ganda meantime has an average rating of 1.72% or around 18,000 viewers.

Ratings are based on a five-day average of the 3 morning shows. This is courtesy of AGB Nielsen, the ONLY basis of advertisers.

MANILA, Philippines - The Supreme Court on Friday said it will deliberate on the Vizconde massacre case on November 23.

SC Spokesman and Court Administrator Jose Midas Marquez said the case was calendared for deliberations by the Court en banc for next Tuesday, November 16, which is the first session of the en banc after its recess.
