Webb has expressed thrill over her new project.

"The new assignment is challenging and I am very excited to anchor ABS-CBN's primetime weekend newscast," she said.

Aside from the introduction of new anchors, there will also be some changes on the program’s line up.

There will be 4 additional segments in the news program to further spice up the public’s weekend news experience.

The first segment to be introduced will be the "Kulang sa Pansin." It will feature accounts on everyday problems and issues often ignored by the government.

It will tackle different consumer issues, ranging from oil prices to bogus promos, to shopping tips.

A segment "Applyan Mo," which features announcement of job openings here and abroad, will cater to job-seeking Filipinos.

An infotainment portion aimed to give viewers a taste of notable travel destinations will also be added to the program lineup in the form of "Miss Ko 'To."

“TV Patrol Weekend” airs on ABS-CBN channel 2 at 5:00 p.m. every Saturday, and 6:00 p.m. every Sunday.
